TransformU is back! As we move into the fall of 2024, we will talk about the core rhythms of our church and how they provide a framework for practices to help us achieve our mission and vision.

What are Our Rhythms?

Formation

This is the core rhythm of our church which is leading our people into spiritual formation to become more like Christ. We are going to teach about how discipleship's focus is on our taking on the character of Christ, i.e., our spiritual formation. We'll provide the biblical basis for that and talk about how we will pursue it.

Evangelism

As people would expect, this includes our going out to evangelize and training our people to do evangelism, but it is more than that. This rhythm is really about our developing an evangelistic culture so that every ministry in our church has evangelistic objectives and practices. We will teach about why evangelism is a high priority for us and how we intend to keep it a focus of our church.

Missions

This is intended to talk about how we show the love of Christ to our neighborhood, city, and culture. We are going to see why this kind of ministry is a priority and essential to gospel ministry.

Vocation

We think that our faith is intended to impact our jobs, businesses, schools, and home life. We will teach about what God intends for us to glorify him and to further the kingdom in our vocational life. We'll teach about that and discuss how we are going to pursue that as our church, especially in supporting the members of our fellowship in their vocational life.
